Notice Under Section 332 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013

Pursuant to section 331 of the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 and regulation 11 of the Financial Markets Conduct (Catalist Public Market) Regulations 2021, the Financial Markets Authority on 21 June 2021 approved market rules for the licensed market operated by Catalist Markets Limited, as contained in the notice Financial Markets Conduct (Catalist Public Market) Approval of Market Rules Notice 2021.

The following rules have been approved:

1. Issuer Rules as listing rules for Catalist Public Market.
2. Investor Terms and Conditions, Part A and B, as business rules for Catalist Public Market.

The approved rule changes come into effect on 22 June 2021.
