In accordance with section 220 of the Health and Safety at Work Act 2015, I, Darren Handforth, give notice that I have exempted EMULCO Limited from compliance with Regulation 11.28(1) of the Health and Safety at Work (Hazardous Substances) Regulations 2017.

This exemption takes effect on 21 May 2021 and expires on 21 May 2026 unless it is replaced sooner or revoked.

The exemption (SEP2012), including the conditions of the exemption and the reasons for granting it, may be viewed at www.worksafe.govt.nz/worksafe/hswa/exemptions-under-hswa.
