Pursuant to section 47(3) of the Maritime Transport Act 1994, the Director of Maritime New Zealand hereby notifies the granting of the exemption, dated 21 December 2020, from all of the applicable requirements of Part 40A of the Maritime Rules, for a passenger vessel operating within restricted limits.
