In accordance with section 45 of the Takeovers Act 1993, the Takeovers Panel on 11 November 2020 approved the granting of the exemption contained in the Takeovers Code (SeaDragon Limited) Exemption Notice 2021.

The exemption takes effect on Monday 11 January 2021.
