Pursuant to section 61(3) of the Government Roading Powers Act 1989, and section 22AB of the Land Transport Act 1998, the NZ Transport Agency hereby makes the following bylaw.

Bylaw

1. Title and Commencement—This bylaw is the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Amendment Bylaw 2021/7 and will come into force on 31 March 2021.

2. Amendments—The New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14* is hereby amended by:

• Inserting line 11A in Schedule 2, Part D to read:
  “Line No.: 11A
  SH No.: 20B
  Locality: Puhinui
  From: SH20B/S20 interchange
  To: Western end of SH20B.
  Route Position (Midpoint): 20B-0-1.110
  Direction of Travel: Westbound
  Restriction: Bus & T3.
  Time period: At all times.

• Inserting line 11B in Auckland TCD Bylaw Schedule, Part D to read:
  “Line No.: 11B
  SH No.: 20B
  Locality: Puhinui
  From: Western end of SH20B
  To: SH20B/S20 interchange
  Route Position (Midpoint): 20B-0-1.110
  Direction of Travel: Eastbound
  Restriction: Bus and T3
  Time period: At all times.

Explanatory Note

This note is not part of the bylaw, but is intended to indicate its general effect.

This bylaw, which comes into force on and from 31 March 2021, amends the New Zealand Transport Agency (Traffic Controls on State Highways) Bylaw 2017/14.
