Notice of Resignation and Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Sections 8 and 11 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice that David John Bridgman has resigned from the office of receiver and manager of the entities with effect from 22 February 2021.

And take notice that the High Court at Auckland has appointed a replacement receiver and manager of the entities and appointed Marcus James McMillan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, to be a joint and several receiver and manager of all of the assets and undertakings of the entities from 22 February 2021. The appointment of Marcus James McMillan is in addition to the existing and continuing appointment of John Howard Ross Fisk, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner.

The office address of the receivers and managers of the entities is at the offices of PricewaterhouseCoopers, Level 27, 15 Customs Street West, Auckland 1010.
