Rhys Cain hereby gives notice that upon signing this document the receivership of RILEAN CONSTRUCTION (CENTRAL OTAGO) LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) ceased. Rhys Cain is no longer receiver and manager over the retention fund held by the company on liquidation and comprising of retention monies for work undertaken by subcontractors at the Remarkables Residences development.
