Notice of Appointment of Custodians as Receivers of Assets

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Natalie Gytha Burrett and Neale Jackson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, hereby give notice that on 6 December 2021 the Freezing and Ancillary Orders granted on 24 June 2021, which were lifted by Court order on 16 November 2021, were restored over the assets of CLASSIC CAKES LIMITED and FLEUR DE LIS BAKERY & CAFE LIMITED (“companies”) pursuant to an order of the High Court of New Zealand.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the Orders: Until further order of the Court, any assets held by the companies may not be diminished in value, disposed of or dealt with by the companies or their officers and are to be held by Neale Jackson and Natalie Burrett (“Custodians”) under the direction of the Court and on the terms set out in Annexure 2 of the orders and the minute of Katz J dated 6 December 2021.

Person Appointing the Receivers: The High Court.

Description of the Instruments Under which Appointment was Made: Freezing and Ancillary Orders made in the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry on 24 June 2021, CIV-2021-404-1084.
