Thomas Lee Rodewald, registered insolvency practitioner, was appointed as receiver of the above company and individuals on 12 October 2021 under the powers contained in a general security agreement by Asset Finance Limited dated 10 July 2018 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the debtor and all of the debtor’s present and future interests and rights in any land and any other property or asset, other than any personal property to which Personal Property Securities Act 1999 applies.

Notice of Ceasing to Act as Receiver

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we have ceased to act as receiver and manager of the above-named company and individuals.
