Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Notice is hereby given that on 4 October 2021, Kevin John Davies, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, was appointed by Fibre Investments Limited as receiver and manager of the property of TELLEN SYSTEMS NZ (2013) LIMITED (in receivership) under the powers contained in a general security deed dated 13 November 2014.

The receivers and managers have been appointed in respect of all the company’s present and after-acquired property including all personal property.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
