Notice of Receiver Ceasing to Act

Pursuant to Section 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that as from the date hereof, we, Iain McLennan and Peri Micaela Finnigan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, advise that the receivership has ended and that we have now ceased to act on 30 September 2021.

As the company is in liquidation, control has reverted to the liquidators.
