Notice of Resignation of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 11(3) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice on 30 August 2021, Andrew Thomas Sallway vacated office by resigning as receiver and manager of the above-named companies. The remaining receivers are Colin Anthony Latham Gower and Diana Clare Matchett whose office address is: BDO Christchurch Limited, 287–293 Durham Street North, Christchurch 8013.
