Notice of Resignation of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 11(3) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Take notice that on 25 August 2021, Andrew James Grace vacated office by resigning as receiver and manager of the above-named companies. The remaining receiver is Colin Anthony Gower whose office address is: BDO Christchurch Limited, 287–293 Durham Street North, Christchurch 8013.
