Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, David Sean Webb and Colin David Owens, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of the above-named company on 16 August 2021, under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 30 November 2018, in favour of FE Investments Limited, which was assigned to the Amand Trust on 18 June 2020.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The offices of the receivers and managers are: Deloitte, Level 18, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
