Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Yes Finance Limited on 28 July 2021 under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 4 November 2019 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
