Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to section 8 of the Act, that:

On 12 July 2021, Brenton Hunt, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed as receiver of the above-named company by Yuanda Southwark Limited pursuant to the powers contained in the general security agreement and loan terms and conditions dated 13 March 2020, in respect of all present and after-acquired property.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation if the insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
