Notice of Appointment and Resignation of Receiver

Pursuant to Sections 8 and 29 of the Receiverships Act 1993 (“Act”)

Notice is hereby given that pursuant to sections 8 and 29 of the Act, that:

• On 30 June 2021, Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers of the above-named company pursuant to Loan Terms and Conditions dated 14 October 2020, in respect of all present and after-acquired property; and
• On 2 July 2021, Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, resigned as joint and several receivers of the above-named company.
