Notice of Appointment of Custodians as Receivers of Assets

Pursuant to Section 8(1A) of the Receiverships Act 1993

We, Natalie Gytha Burrett and Neale Jackson, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Calibre Partners, hereby give notice that on 24 June 2021 we were appointed joint custodians of the assets held by the above-named companies and their directors/shareholders pursuant to Freezing and Ancillary Orders made in the High Court of New Zealand, Auckland Registry, CIV-2021-404-1084.

Short Description of Property Charged Under the Orders: Until further order of the court, any assets held by the company may not be diminished in value, disposed of or dealt with by the company or its officers and are to be held by Neale Jackson and Natalie Burrett, joint custodians, under the direction of the court and on the terms set out in Annexure 2 of the orders.

Person Appointing the Receivers: JP & KA Witehira 2010 Limited trading as New World Victoria Park.

The law requires receivers to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The office of Calibre Partners is located at Level 21, 88 Shortland Street, Auckland.
