Notice is hereby given that, pursuant to section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993, on 22 June 2021 Gregory John Sherriff was appointed receiver and manager of the above-named entity under the Convertible Note Agreements dated 5 February 2018 and 16 September 2019, and the General Security Agreement dated 6 February 2018, which charged all of the Grantor’s present and after-acquired personal property. The appointer is Neil Loftus.
