Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by United Timber Merchants Limited (trading as Akarana Timbers) on 18 June 2021 under the powers contained in Terms and Conditions of Trade dated 15 April 2021 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
