Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by Metal Line Roofing Limited (trading as Metalcraft Roofing) on 17 June 2021 under the powers contained in Terms and Conditions of Trade dated 2 December 2020 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
