Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that, Colin David Owens and David Sean Webb, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of all present and after-acquired property of the above-named company on 2 June 2021 under the powers contained in a security agreement dated 10 December 2018 in favour of Bank of New Zealand.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
