Notice of Appointment of Receivers and Managers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given: that Colin David Owens and David Sean Webb, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several receivers and managers of specific assets of the above-named company on 2 June 2021 under the powers contained in an asset finance agreement dated 18 July 2018 in favour of Bank of New Zealand.

The receivers and managers have only been appointed in respect of specific assets (namely certain plant and equipment of the above-named company).

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information regarding the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.

The Offices of the Receivers and Managers are: Deloitte, Level 18, Deloitte Centre, 80 Queen Street, Auckland 1010.
