Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

On 27 April 2021, Iain McLennan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed receivers and managers by the Executors of the Estate of the late Maurice Leicester Chatfield, the Executor of the Estate of the late Leicester William Charles Chatfield and Chatfield & Co Limited, over the property of THE KAURI PASTORAL COMPANY LIMITED under the powers contained in a general security agreement dated 9 April 2013.

The property secured consists of all present and after-acquired personal property of THE KAURI PASTORAL COMPANY LIMITED the meaning ascribed to that term in the general security agreement.

Receivers are required to be Licensed Insolvency Practitioners. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar of Companies.
