Notice of Appointment of Receiver

Pursuant to Section 8(1) of the Receiverships Act 1993

Notice is hereby given that on 6 May 2021, Rees Logan and Andrew McKay, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of BDO Auckland (Registration Numbers: IP34 and IP40 respectively), were appointed jointly and severally to be receivers and managers (“Receivers”) of the company by Westpac New Zealand Limited, under the terms of a general security agreement dated 18 December 2003 giving the holder a secured charge over all of the assets of the company. The property in receivership is all of the company’s present and after-acquired property.

All receivers and managers are required to be licensed insolvency practitioners in accordance with the Insolvency Practitioners Regulation Act 2019. More information about the regulation of insolvency practitioners is available from the Registrar.
