Notice of Appointment of Receivers

Pursuant to Section 8 of the Receiverships Act 1993

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed as joint and several receivers of the above-named company by METALCRAFT INSULATED PANELS LIMITED (formerly METECNO NZ LIMITED) on 25 March 2021 under the powers contained in Terms and Conditions of Trade dated 5 August 2016 which property consists of all present and after-acquired property of the company.
