Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named company appointed Pritesh Patel, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Friday 12 March 2021 at 10.10am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 23 April 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors are to make claims and establish any priority.
