Peri Micaela Finnigan and Boris van Delden, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AUCKLAND HOTEL MANAGEMENT LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 8 March 2021 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Keaton Alexander Pronk and Iain McLennan, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of AZUPA LIMITED by a special resolution of the shareholders of the company on 10 March 2021 at 12.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.
