Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of KAPITI COAST HONDA LIMITED on 9 March 2021 at 11.00am by shareholder resolution.

We fix 9 April 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
