Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholders of the above-named companies appointed Pritesh Patel, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator as follows:

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 19 April 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make claims and establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
