Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of CIVIL BROS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 22 February 2021 at 10.20am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 10 April 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims, and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
