Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and

Marcus McMillan and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of the following companies by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 2 March 2021 at the times listed below, on the application of Inland Revenue:
