Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, the shareholder of the above-named company appointed Pritesh Patel, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of Auckland, as liquidator on Tuesday 2 March 2021 at 9.30am.

Notice is given that the liquidator fixes 17 April 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named company are to make claims and establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
