Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on 19 February 2021 at 10.16am, Simon Dalton and Matthew Kemp, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of HARBOUR CIVIL LIMITED by the High Court at Auckland on the application of Rock & Rubble Limited and on 18 February 2021 at 10.19am, Simon Dalton and Benjamin Francis, Licenced Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of DIAMOND HOSTEL LIMITED by the High Court at Blenheim on the application of Sunja Kim.

The undersigned does hereby fix 7 April 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
