Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Claims

Christopher Carey McCullagh and Stephen Mark Lawrence, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of 1140679 LIMITED (in liquidation) by an order of the High Court at Auckland on 19 February 2021 at 11.01am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to the liquidators by 19 April 2021.
