Wendy Somerville and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of RITEWAY RIGGING & SCAFFOLDING LIMITED (in receivership and in liquidation) by the High Court at Tauranga, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 15 February 2021 at 10.40am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 15 March 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
