Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice of Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is given that the liquidator hereby fixes 26 March 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above-named companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority their claims may have, under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to that distribution.
