Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, Heath Gair, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner of Palliser Insolvency, be appointed liquidator of the above-named company by order of the High Court of New Zealand at Napier on 9 December 2021 at 2.37pm upon the petition of the trustees of the Tahi Trust.

The liquidation commenced on 9 December 2021 at 2.37pm. The date by which creditors can make claims and establish their priority is fixed for 28 January 2022.
