Iain McLennan (IP82) and Colin Roger Sanderson (IP89), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators of JONES CONTRACTING SERVICES LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Palmerston North on 9 December 2021 at 10.17am pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 on application of S B Transport NZ Limited.

Claims by creditors in the liquidation should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 4 February 2022.
