Notice of Appointment of Joint Liquidators

Notice is hereby given, pursuant to section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, that by order of the High Court at Invercargill on 9 December 2021 at 12.03pm on the application of N. S. Ross, the above-named company, was put into liquidation and Trevor Edwin Laing and Emma Margaret Laing, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Trevor Laing & Associates, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company.

Creditors should file claims and register any priority their claim may have under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993 by19 January 2022. Creditors who believe they have a security interest in any of the company in liquidations property must provide details to the liquidators urgently.

Please note the above-named company is solvent, has ceased trading and is no longer required for the purpose for which it was established.
