Public Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

On 8 December 2021 it was resolved by special resolution, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, that NOSSLO GROUP LIMITED be liquidated and that Andrew John Hawkes, Director and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner (IP80), of Beck & Caul Financial and Accounting Limited, of Christchurch, be appointed liquidator.

The liquidation commenced on 8 December 2021 at 10.00am.

Notice to Creditors to Claim

In accordance with Regulation 12(2) of the Companies Act 1993 Liquidation Regulations 1994 the liquidator hereby fixes 24 December 2021, being a day not less than 10 working days from the day since this notice, as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make claims and to establish any priority their claims may have under section 312 of the Act.
