Craig Sanson and Malcolm Hollis, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of SLAVERING TUSK LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Whangarei pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”) on 6 December 2021 at 10.04am on the application of Inland Revenue.

We fix 24 January 2022 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
