Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Hamish John Pryde, Licenced Insolvency Practitioner of CS Insolvency, a division of Coombe Smith (PN) Limited, was appointed liquidator of the above-named company, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Act, on 30 November 2021 at 11.15am.

Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

The liquidator fixes 24 December 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any priority under section 312 of the Act. Creditors who have not made a claim at the date declared may be excluded from the benefit of any distribution and may not object to that distribution. Creditors include those clients who believe they hold credit balances with the company.
