Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Peri Micaela Finnigan (IP17) and Boris van Delden (IP57), Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several liquidators following directors resolutions as to solvency and special resolutions of the shareholders of WORK SAFE ADVISORY SERVICES LIMITED on 22 November 2021 at 12.30pm and of TJM EXCO LIMITED on 1 December 2021 at 8.00am, both pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

Note: TJM EXCO LIMITED was formerly known as LANE PLASTICS LIMITED until 30 September 2021. The business was sold and the purchaser of the business trades as Lane Plastics.

Note: Both companies are solvent.

Claims by creditors in the liquidations should be sent to insol@mvp.co.nz by 31 December 2021.
