Notice of Appointment of Interim Liquidators

Pursuant to Section 255(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”)

Steven Khov and Kieran Jones, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners, were appointed joint and several interim liquidators of the above-named company by PROTEA GROUP MANAGEMENT SERVICES LLC (trading as International Aviation Support) on 12 February 2021 at 3.00pm pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Act.

Notice to Creditors

We fix 19 March 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority, under section 312 of the Act.
