Notice of Appointment of Liquidators

Elizabeth Helen Keene and Vivian Judith Fatupaito, of KPMG, were appointed joint and several liquidators of the company by the High Court of New Zealand at New Plymouth on 19 November 2021 at 2.43pm. The appointment was made on the application of Inland Revenue.

Pursuant to Liquidation Regulation 12 of the Companies Act 1993

The liquidators fix 19 January 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
