Marcus McMillan and Richard Nacey, Licensed Insolvency Practitioners (NZ), were appointed joint and several liquidators of WELLINGTON EVENTS LIMITED (in liquidation) by the High Court at Wellington, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993 (“Act”), on 9 February 2021 at 10.31am on the application of the Commissioner of Inland Revenue.

We fix 12 March 2021 as the day by which the creditors of the company are to make their claims and to establish any priority to distributions that may become available.
