Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Pursuant to Section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993

Trevor Porter was appointed liquidator of MOA INTERNATIONAL HOLDINGS LIMITED (in liquidation) by resolution of the shareholders on 19 November 2021 at 9.30am. This is a solvent liquidation.

24 December 2021 is fixed as the last day for creditors to make their claims and establish any priority their claims may have.

Creditors who fail to lodge a claim by the distribution date will be excluded from that distribution and may not object to the distribution.

Creditors claiming a security interest should urgently provide details to the liquidators.
