Notice of Appointment of Liquidator

Notice is hereby given that, in accordance with section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993, Thomas Lee Rodewald, Licensed Insolvency Practitioner, was appointed liquidator of MSM HOLDINGS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 2.05pm and MSUT HOLDINGS NZ LIMITED (in liquidation) at 2.07pm on 15 November 2021.

We fix 15 January 2022 as the day on or before which the creditors of the companies are to make their claims and to establish any priority.
