Notice of Appointment of Liquidators and
Notice to Creditors to Prove Debts or Claims

Notice is hereby given that Benjamin Francis and Simon Dalton, both Licensed Insolvency Practitioners of Auckland, were appointed liquidators of the following companies:

• LAKESIDE CONSTRUCTION LIMITED was placed in liquidation by the High Court at Invercargill, on 18 November 2021 at 12.18pm, pursuant to section 241(2)(c) of the Companies Act 1993, on the application of Chen An Limited.
• NKPP LIMITED was placed in liquidation by the shareholders on 16 November 2021 at 10.05am, pursuant to section 241(2)(a) of the Companies Act 1993.

The undersigned hereby fixes 22 December 2021 as the day on or before which the creditors of the above companies are to prove their debts or claims and to establish any title they may have to priority, under section 312 of the Companies Act 1993, or be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before the debts are proved or, as the case may be, from objecting to the distribution.
